GMAPPROM.SUM DOWNLOAD

My concern is the following, on my old C tyhere was no prtoblem loading image files and everything worked fine. The only file I can find on my HD that is close is gmapsupp. Can somebody explain these designations? Now on the Nuvi I see not only the image files but also.
